Five Blue Devils Headed to NBA Draft Combine

DURHAM — Five Duke Blue Devils are among the 69 that will attend the 2018 NBA Draft Combine, set for May 16-20 in Chicago.

The five from Duke represent the Blue Devils starting five from the 2017-18 team that went 29-8 and reached the NCAA Elite Eight – senior guard Grayson Allen, freshman guard Gary Trent, Jr., freshman guard Trevon Duval, freshman forward Wendell Carter, Jr., and freshman forward Marvin Bagley III.

Duke’s five match Kentucky for the most from one school, followed by the four each from Kansas and Villanova. Six others from fellow ACC schools will attend, giving the conference 11 in total.

The 2018 NBA Draft is set for Thursday, June 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
