Countdown to Craziness Presented by PNC on Saturday

DURHAM, N.C. — Duke fans will get their first glimpse of the 2014-15 Duke men’s basketball team Saturday, Oct. 25, when the Blue Devils host Countdown to Craziness presented by PNC at Cameron Indoor Stadium. For those that can’t make it to Durham for the sixth annual event all of the night’s action will be shown live on GoDuke.com, courtesy the Blue Devil Network.
Countdown to Craziness presented by PNC features a night of entertainment with live music, inflatable games, highlight videos, segments from Duke University Improv and on-court contests all leading up to the introduction of the team, the unveiling of this year’s team poster, the Blue-White scrimmage and a dunk contest.
The evening begins at 4 p.m. in Krzyzewskiville, located adjacent to Cameron Indoor Stadium. Fans can enjoy a live DJ, face painting and inflatable games. Doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium open at 6:00 p.m. with several on-court presentations and contests planned leading up to the Duke men’s team is introduced at 8 p.m. with the Blue-White scrimmage tipping off around 8:30 p.m.

Countdown to Craziness presented by PNC Schedule of Events
4:00 p.m. – Inflatable Games, Live DJ, Face Painting in Krzyzewskiville
6:00 p.m. – Doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium Open
6:30 p.m. – On-Court Promotions and Student Performances Begin
7:30 p.m. – Women’s Basketball Team Introductions
7:45 p.m. – Upper Concourse closed – all fans need to be seated
7:54 p.m. – National Anthem is performed
8:00 p.m. – 2014-15 Duke Blue Devil Player Introductions
8:30 p.m. – Blue-White Scrimmage (two 12-minute halves with an eight-minute halftime)
9:30 p.m. – Dunk Contest
