Reid Travis is on the Duke campus hopefully being shown around and hopefully in awe and ready to be a Dukie. The word is he is very high on Duke and despite getting in late to his recruitment Duke is in pretty good shape.
Tyler Ulis makes his college choice today between Kentucky, Michigan State and Iowa – significant to Duke because if he does choose Kentucky one might conclude that it’s one less school to worry about for Tyus Jones‘ services. Speaking of Tyus, he had is in-home with Duke on the 9th, followed by Minnesota, Kentucky, Kansas and Baylor. Kevon Looney was on the Duke campus last weekend and by all accounts the visit went well (no one ever says it goes badly–well rarely anyway). Jahlil Okafor had his in-home with Duke this week as well. Okafor also visited Kentucky recently as well. Coach K also had a visit with Myles Turner Thursday, trying to persuade the big man to suit up for Duke.
