By March 9, 2018No Comments

For the first time in the Player of the Year program’s 33-year history, Gatorade has released a Top 3 watch list video ahead of the 2017-2018 Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year announcement. The video highlights the top three finalists R.J. Barrett (senior from Montverde, Fla.), Romeo Langford (senior from New Albany, Ind.) and Tre Jones (senior from Apple Valley, Minn.) as the players to watch in the race for the prestigious award.

Barrett and Jones are both committed to play at Duke next year.

All three of these players are truly the best in their class on and off the court and the race for the top honor is tight. Please share the watch list video with your audiences and cast your predictions for the winner on social media using #GatoradePOY. For more information on all of the finalists, please visit http://playeroftheyear.gatorade.com.

And stay tuned for the reveal of the 2017-2018 Gatorade National Boys Basketball Player of the Year in the coming weeks!
