Jon Scheyer and the Duke Blue Devils have offered Australian guard Tyrese Proctor. Proctor is a 6’4 combo guard / playmaker with a 6’7 wingspan. Proctor is an elite guard with an above average handle and a good shot from all 3 levels. Proctor is considered one of the best guards in his class currently and is an intriguing prospect for the Blue Devils.
It’s still unclear whether Proctor will be a candidate for recalls but currently he sits in the class of 2023.
